  Finally found a good reliable delicious wood fired pizza in HCMC. Will be coming every week or 2 for a refill.

They have menus in... read more English only, a nice little selection and a big clay owen for pizza and wings. Cooking the wings in the clay owen make them a little soggy, but they taste wornderful.
Another big advantage for non-Vietnamese, is that the manager Joe, is a Singaporian that speaks fluent English. And his staff is excellent, basically students majoring in English. Grace is the only teen-age staff but a wonderful person that have her hand with children.
My favorite art eh wings and the meat platter with garlic bread and cold cut meat and ham.
Higly recommended.
During my 4 days stay in Saigon, I visited this place 3 times. The last time to take away garlic gread and the meat platter as train food, as we took the tran to Nha Trang (8 hours) later the same day.
By the way, if you have the time, use trains in Vietnam and book a sleeper coach. Best way to travel and see the Vietnamese landscape. Very good service on the train and very nice, courteous staff.

The... read more pizza was very good but we were blown away by the pasta. The pesto was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. The basil tasted so fresh and delicious and the creaminess of the sauce was was better than anything I’ve ever made or tasted before . They might have used Thai basil to get such a fresh strong flavor. What an amazing surprise with that first bite! We ate all the pasta and all the pizza!
